The University of Iowa College of Law Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems and Journal of Gender Race and Justice are hosting a symposium on Environmental Law in early Oct. 2020. The symposium will feature an environmental law session and break away panels focusing on the intersection of Environmental Law & Transnational Law and the intersection of Environmental Law & Gender Race and Justice.
PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE: If you are interested in presenting at the environmental law session or as a panelist in a breakaway session, please submit a paper or proposal no later than close of business on Thursday, May 7, 2020.
– Please indicate if you are submitting for the general symposium session, the transnational law break out session, or the gender race and justice break out session.
– Please provide a proposal (not more than 2 pages), or extended abstract.
– Please also indicate whether you might be interested in serving as a paper discussant.
