The Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law (HiiL), along with the Netherlands Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities and Social Sciences (NIAS) present Collective Redress in the Cross-Border Context: Arbitration, Litigation, Settlement and Beyond June 20-22, 2012. The event has two components:
- June 20-21: works-in-progress conference designed to allow practitioners and scholars interested in the area of collective redress to discuss their work with other experts.
- June 21-22: workshop with invited speakers from all over the world.
Both components are open to the public, but advance registration is required.
