The 16th Commonwealth Law Conference will be April 5-9, 2009, in Hong Kong. The conference theme is The Dynamics of Law in a Rapidly Changing World. The four main streams of the conference are:

- Corporate/ Commercial Law
- Judges, the Legal Profession and the Community
- Contemporary Legal Issues
