UC Hastings Law – Radhika Rao, Professor of Law, Jonathan Abel, Associate Professor of Law, and Rory Little, Joseph W. Cotchett Professor of Law, will hold a Supreme Court Review and Preview panel today from 12-1:30pm. Topics will include: First and Fourth Amendment and criminal law cases, Upcoming Abortion and Second Amendment (Gun Control) cases, Major Immigration and Habeas Cases, Business and IP Cases, such as the NCAA “Amateur College Athletes” case; and Google v. Oracle.
