Fraud and Technology Symposium: A Law Enforcement Perspective — Santa Clara, CA

Santa Clara University School of Law – In collaboration with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, the Criminal Law Society, Santa Clara Law, is hosting the Fraud and Technology Symposium: A Law Enforcement Perspective, Wednesday, February 27, 2019, from 12:00 pm – 4:00, Charney Hall 106. The event includes three panel discussions on fraud and technology:

(1) Corporate Embezzlement and Fraud, presented by Mattia M. Corsiglia, DDA Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, Major Fraud Unit;

(2) Dark Web and Crypto Currency, presented by Dave Barry, Criminal Investigator, Santa Clara County Office of the District Attorney, and a member of the REACT Task Force and the United States Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force; and

(3) Real Estate Fraud, presented by Melanie Griswold, DDA, Real Estate Fraud Unit of the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.
