Revista Dereito UFMS (UFMS Law Review) (Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul) invites authors of the legal community to submit—in English, Spanish, or Portuguese—scientific papers and critical reviews for its next edition, to be published in December 2017. The deadline is October 26, 2017.
It welcomes submissions on different theoretical and practical perspectives on the main theme of “Human and Fundamental Rights”. In this sense, it accepts contributions that identify these rights and the way in which they are materialized, in relation to the concepts and dimensions of freedom, equality, solidarity, citizenship, democracy and social justice, as well as the analysis of the various legal, social and political mechanisms that guarantee these rights at the national and international levels.
