Call for Papers: Terry v. Ohio at 50 – Boise, ID

The University of Idaho College of Law’s 2018 Idaho Law Review symposium issue will study the impact of Terry v. Ohio, a decision nearly 50 years old.  Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, UC Berkeley Law, will give the keynote address. The symposium will be held on April 6, 2018, at the Idaho Law Justice Learning Center, the College of Law’s Boise location. We invite original paper submissions for presentation at the symposium, as well as panel proposals.

Deadline: Symposium papers or presentations addressing the topics above—or others proposed—will be presented at the conference, with publications appearing in the Symposium volume in Spring 2018.  Draft abstracts of no more than one page and queries may be addressed to Patxi Larrocea-Phillips, Chief Symposium Editor, at larr1384[@]vandals.uidaho.edu, as soon as possible and no later than July 31, 2017.
