CFP: 17th IP Scholars Conf. – New York, NY

The Intellectual Property and Information Law Program at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law will host the 17th Intellectual Property Scholars Conference on August 10-11, 2017 in New York, NY. Submissions to present or to attend are due here by May 12, 2017.

IPSC 2017 will accept presentation requests on all IP-related topics, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, patent, design patent, trade secret and right of publicity. All presenters and attendees are requested to remain for the entire conference.

Co-sponsors include: the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology, UC Berkeley School of Law; the Center for Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology, DePaul University College of Law; the Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology, Stanford Law School; and the Intellectual Property and Information Law Program, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
