CFP & Conf: Juvenile Law

University of South Dakota

The University of South Dakota School of Law will host a juvenile law symposium September 30, 2016, and in conjunction, the South Dakota Law Review will publish a symposium issue in Spring 2017, highlighting this important topic. Submissions are due by Oct. 14, 2016.

The South Dakota Law Review is currently accepting submissions for articles or essays pertaining to juvenile law topics. Ideally, submissions should be 15-30 pages long.

Paper Submission Procedure: To submit an article, please email one, double-spaced copy of your manuscript to lawrev.symposium@coyotes.usd.edu. Please send your submission in Microsoft Word format. In addition, please ensure that all text and citations conform to A Uniform System of Citation (20th ed. 2015) (“The Bluebook”). Footnotes are also greatly preferred.

Please note, student submissions will not be accepted.

Submissions will be accepted through October 14, 2016, with offers made within a week of submission.
