Call for Papers: Journal of Trafficking and Human Exploitation

Paris Legal Publishers announced that the Journal of Trafficking and Human Exploitation has a general call for papers to be submitted by April 1, 2016 for inclusion in the first issue.

A special issue in the fall will address comparative interpretations of legal doctrines concerning sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. The focus of the special issue will concern the interpretation of legal doctrines in the context of commercial sexual exploitation and sex trafficking, and the practical results of such interpretations. Concepts such as exploitation, force, fraud, coercion, consent, etc. will be analysed in a comparative legal perspective across various jurisdictions around the globe.
