Call for Papers: Mid-Atlantic Journal on Law & Public Policy

The editors of the Mid-Atlantic Journal on Law & Public Policy invite submissions for its second issue. The Journal is published by a new non-profit, the Mid-Atlantic Lyceum, founded by visible leaders with disabilities in Baltimore, Maryland. The Lyceum is focused on the following issues: animal law and policy, disability law and policy, and the legal and policy issues concerning members of the armed forces, particularly as they transition from service to civil society.

The first issue of the Journal will be launched by November, 2012, and articles are being currently accepted for the second issue. The Journal has the goal of publishing twice a year. The first issue of each year focuses on animal law, particularly as it relates to a regional discussion of the myriad ways in which animals and law, legislative advocacy, or public policy formulation connect.
