Elder Law Conference - New York

The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, will host a conference entitled “Revisiting Isolation & Independence: an Interdisciplinary Approach” on Friday, April 9, 2010. The event’s objectives are to explore the risk factors for isolation of older persons; to recognize the tension between independence and acceptance of service assistance; to identify preventive and intervention strategies; and to promote an interdisciplinary approach to working with isolated older persons.
